870474
Ovaltone USED WARM GEAR
As its name suggests, WARM GEAR is based on a warm sound, but the boost knob pushes the mid and treble frequencies, creating a powerful boosted sound.

Suitable for use both before and after a stage in a signal chain, when used before, it can provide a range from gain boosts that add thickness to wah-like boosts, while when used after, in addition to volume boosts, the internal attenuate switch allows it to be used as a filter to adjust the range without increasing the volume.

When turned all the way down, the sound becomes slightly muffled. As you turn it up, the volume increases, and the mid-range and high frequencies also rise.
The balance is just right at around the 11 o'clock position, and from there onwards, the movement will be such that it pushes the treble peak.

Choose either Full or Attenuate.
Full: This is the normal mode.
Attenuate: The overall volume will decrease.
