Every detail of these designs—the operation, sound, and feel of the preamp, phase inverter, power amp, and tube rectifier compression\/sag—has been copied. By applying JFET technology, we were able to reproduce not only overdrive sounds but also low-gain\/clean sounds.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Most importantly, it emulates an LFO and a dual phase-shift modulation stage to create a pitch modulation effect that closely resembles the real thing. This effect enhances the 3D sonic image and musical feel.
